SARASWATI house is located 6 km from the center of Swieradow Zdroj, 1 km from the Czech border (Nove Mesto) and 50 km from the German border (Gorlitz). The building was reconstructed in 1920 after a fire had burned it down it functioned as a German Hunters lodge till 1945. It is surrounded by 6 acres of forested property. The Hotel has 15 double rooms, 1 four and 2 single rooms. All rooms include private bathroom.

The Hotel also contains a restaurant, bar and Health&Beauty center (sauna, massage room, beauty studio, gym).
