General information

The Arcadia Summer Academy will take place in Pobiedna (Dolnośląskie, Poland) from the 28 July until 5 August 2011. Participants are expected to arrive in the afternoon of the 28th of July and to depart in the morning of the 5th August, after breakfast.

There is no limit of age and/or nationality.
The official language of the course is English.

Application, prices and payment

Applications via our website (before the 30th of April 2011). A deposit of 150,- EUR is required to complete the application
Adult price is 490,- EUR per person, including accommodation in double or triple rooms, breakfast and two meals per day.
Students pay 430,- EUR (upon presentation of a valid student card)
Auditors are accepted, and their fee is 300,- EUR
Travel expenses are not included.

The remaining part of the fee must be transferred to our account before the 30th of April.

Refunds

If the course does not take place the fee will be entirely refunded (including the deposit)
Participants who withdraw before the 1st of June will lose the deposit of 150,- EUR
Participants who withdraw after the 1st of June will lose the entire tuition fee
